In a rare move, Ralph Petty (the prosecutor who worked on Clinton’s trial) has requested to have his law license revoked – and the Texas Supreme Court has granted that request. More specifically, the Texas Supreme Court stated: ‘The Court deems the professional misconduct (…) conclusively established.’ Even though Petty already resigned from the Midland DA’s Office, this means he will no longer be able to practice law in Texas.
