Clinton’s birthday is coming up. He turns 37 on July 19th. Since the last few months without visitation have been challenging, we want to make his birthday extra special this year. Please join us in a birthday surprise to let Clinton know he is not forgotten and how much we care about him!

  • WRITE – Simply comment below the birthday post on our social media and we’ll make screenshots and send them to Clinton. Another option is to write him a letter. If you want, you can add max. 10 photos per envelope. The address is: Clinton Young #999447, D.R. Polunsky Unit, 3872 F.M. 350 South, Livingston, TX 77351, United States of America. Click here for some important information you’ll need to take into account when sending a letter. If you don’t have the option of mailing him your letter, please mail it to us no later than July 10th at info@clintonyoungfoundation.com and we’ll forward your message. Would you rather send a card? Sending one directly is no longer allowed, but you CAN design and send a card via Shutterfly.
  • CALL – Clinton always listens to The Prison Show on the radio. Did you know you can call in and leave a message? Lets make him smile and pick up to phone on Monday, July 13th, at 07:00 p.m. Central Time (02:00 a.m. in the Netherlands) to say hi and wish him a happy birthday! Please be early to get in queue.
    1) Make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your device (phone or computer).
2a) EITHER call 346-248-7799 (or +1 346-248-7799 if you call from the Netherlands).
    2b) OR go to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86370533135
    3) Enter Meeting ID: 863 7053 3135 (this applies to both option 2a and option 2b).
    4) Please state your name and say you are calling for Clinton Young. You will have +/- 1,5 minutes to leave a message.
The shout outs are pre-recorded and will be aired on Friday, July 17th.
  • GIVE A GIFT – As you know, Clinton loves to read. If you would like to send him a book from his wishlist, please let us know so we can keep track of the books that are already gifted. We will let you know which books are still available by updating this page. Remember to use Amazon when sending a book (sending one directly isn’t allowed). Some books Clinton would like for his birthday:
    * Ragnarok, Vol. 1: Last God Standing by Walter Simonson, ISBN: 978-1-63140-068-1; reserved
    * Ragnarok, Vol. 2: The Lord of the Dead by by Walter Simonson, ISBN: 978-1-63140-883-0; reserved
    * Coyotes, Vol. 1; reserved
    * The Walking Dead, Vol. 32. reserved
  • DONATE – If you feel inclined to make a donation to Clinton directly, please do so via his prison account (the ‘Trust Fund Deposit’). With this account and the money in it, Clinton can buy some extra things in prison. He can use it to buy commissary (extra food, snacks etc.) or to buy new t-shirts, shoes, or a typewriter if he needs it. Money in the prison account makes life in prison slightly easier. If you would like to make a deposit into Clinton’s trust fund account, please follow these steps:
    1) Go to https://tdcj-ecommdirect.portal.texas.gov/.
    2) Click on the box that says “I accept the terms and conditions” and click ‘confirm’ at the bottom of the page.
    3) Type in Clinton’s ID number (999447) and his last name.
    4) If Clinton’s name pops up, click ‘confirm’.
    5) Click on ‘Trust Fund Deposit’ on the left side of the page.
    6) Type in the amount you wish to send him and click ‘add to cart’.
    7) Click on ‘check out’.
    8) Follow the steps to pay.
Clinton will receive the money on his prison account and will receive a notification that you sent him the money. Clinton will absolutely appreciate this, and so do we!
Update: as of September 1st, it’s no longer possible to transfer money to Clinton directly, unless you are on his visitation list. Read more here.
You can also make a donation to the Clinton Young Foundation. These donations will be used for Clinton’s defense and to create awareness about his case.

Thank you!
